These Terms of Service are for TourCrush, the business and booking platform at https://www.tourcrush.app. They govern your use of TourCrush, a booking platform for touring artists and venues. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS/MMS Terms of Service
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and/or promotional text messages from TourCrush regarding tour bookings, deadlines, and promotions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the dynamics of each tour.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

If you need assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team directly at hello@tourcrush.app.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See the Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers, including that we do not sell or share text messaging originator opt-in data or consent except as strictly necessary to deliver SMS.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your login secure. Tenant accounts organize tours. Venue accounts request and hold slots. Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
Bookings and payments
Venues on a tour split the artist fee. The amount charged at lock is never more than the highwater mark price shown when you booked. Subscription, extra-tour, and platform fees are described during onboarding and billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed charges can release a locked slot.
Limitation of liability
TourCrush is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for carrier delays or undelivered SMS. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
