This Privacy Policy is for TourCrush, the business and booking platform at https://www.tourcrush.app. TourCrush is a booking platform for touring artists (tenants) and venues. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including mobile numbers used for SMS.

SMS and mobile numbers
If you check the SMS opt-in box and give us a mobile number, you agree that TourCrush may send you SMS messages about:
- booking requests, confirmations, and cancellations
- travel-time approvals and related alerts
- payment, lock, and charge notices
- tour deadlines and related promotions
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use a messaging provider (currently Twilio) and telecommunications carriers only as operational service providers to deliver the texts you opted in to receive.
Mobile Information & SMS Privacy
No Sale of Mobile Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent to any third parties.
No Sharing for Marketing/Affiliates
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Exclusion from General Sharing
All categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or disclosed to any third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the SMS service through our operational service providers (such as telecommunications carriers and messaging platforms).
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, and role (tenant or venue)
- Business and venue details such as schedule URL, address, and contact phone
- Booking, tour, and payment records needed to run the service
- Payment method details processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers
How we use information
We use this information to operate TourCrush, process bookings and payments, send the SMS and WhatsApp alerts you opted into, prevent fraud, and improve the product.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, and messaging) under contracts that limit how they may use it. We may disclose information if required by law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from this general sharing, except as strictly necessary to deliver SMS through operational service providers as described under Mobile Information & SMS Privacy.
Retention
We keep account, booking, and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax requirements, and document SMS opt-in. You can email us to request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use of TourCrush after an update means you accept the revised policy.
